1. What is Cakery.com.my?
Cakery.com.my is an ever-growing website. It is currently fed with our everyday life - our stories and our crafts - before it matures into a full-grown pastry community site. Hence, in the beginning, our main priority is to feed it with tangible bits - our pastry craft.
 
2. When will the Cakes/Pastry be delivered if I buy before or after 3pm of a particular day?
If you buy before 3pm, your cakes/pastry will be delivered to the designated address on the same day. However, if you place your order past 3pm in the afternoon, your cakes/pastry will be delivered the following working day.
 
3. Why is your Cakes/Pastry more affordable than others?
There are four (4) reasons why our cakes/pastry are more affordable than others. Firstly, our business model is not based on a physical shop or store. So we save a lot on rental. Secondly, we do not spend a single cent on mass marketing (billboards, bus stop ads, newspapers and TVs). Thirdly, we do not waste money in printing brochures and product catalogues, you can get everything you need from our website 24-7, fully updated. Lastly, all the money we save will be used to reduce the cost of your purchase as we believe that the act of giving should not come at a high price.
 
4. What other services do you offer?
Well, for now we deliver cakes/pastry to your special someone. We will try our best to accomodate your special and specific request, please do not be afraid to tell us what's in your mind, everything will be kept private and confidential.
 
5. Who do I call if my Cakes/Pastry is not delivered on time?
You can use our Real Time Order Tracking system by keying in your email and a serial code provided to you when you place an order or give us a call at our hotline +6018-259 0247 to check with us whether our cakes/pastry delivery person has has encountered difficulty to deliver punctually. Late deliveries are exceptions rather than the norm.
 
6. How do I make the payment for the Cakes/Pastry that I have ordered?
We accept Visa/MasterCard credit card and Maybank2U. Other methods like postal/money order and cheque are also acceptable. Please refer to our Payment Page for further information.
 
7. What is product substitution?
Product design may vary and product might not be available in certain outstation location and we at Cakery.com.my reserves the right to substitute with another product of the value.
