If a return is a result of out error, you may return the unopened items within 12 hours of delivery for a full refund.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

When you place an order, kindly pick your delivery date and preferred delivery time. Please do not pick a date or time slot that has passed. Allow for adequate time for delivery.
We will, on best effort basis, fulfill your chosen slot. However, if you prefer a "Guarantee Delivery", there is a surcharge imposed. In the unlikely event, that we miss the "Guarantee Delivery" slot, we will refund the Surcharge in full, product price will still be charged as perishables cannot be resold to another customer.
